Some people let others define them. But unfortunately, people are critical, some will criticize, some will tear you down just for them to feel better about themselves. Because THEY have low self-esteem they survive by belittling EVERYONE ELSE.
The words that come out of your mouth define who you are. Send positive messages, commands to your subconscious mind. Whatever you send, is what it acts upon. Repeat to yourself positive/strong affirmations. What you say to yourself, just like what you think, is what you are.
Nutritionist will say, "You are what you eat." You are also what you say!
I am the BEST!
I can Do it!
I am healthy!
I am HAPPY!
I am not a FAILURE!

I believe that life is what you make it. So I dare to make mine magnificent. I dare to make it better than before.
Cultivate the habit of positive affirmation. You are what you say to yourself.
