EKSUTH (Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital) School Of Nursing, Ado-Ekiti Admission Form For 2019/2020 Academic Session On Sale

This is to inform the general public that admission forms into the SCHOOL OF NURSING EKSUTH, ADO-EKITI for 2019/2020 academic session are now available for sale on-line.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT FOR EKSUTH, SCHOOL OF NURSING 

Candidate must possess a minimum of Five Credits in WAEC/NECO/SSCE/NABTEB to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings and candidate must attain the age of 17 years in 2019. Candidates are allowed to combine WAEC/SSCE with NECO results.

METHOD OF APPLICATION 

Visit the school e-portal at: www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng.
-Select your Application method which could be either Option A or Option B as explained below:

OPTION A : SCRATCH CARD APPLICATION METHOD 

1. Pay the sum of N11,000:00 (Eleven thousand naira only) to Fidelity Bank Plc Account No: 5030094390. Account Name: EKSUTH (SON) Sales of Forms Account. 
2. Bring photocopy of your payment teller to the school to collect receipt and scratch card then Visit the school websites www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng and Click Apply with Scratch Card
3. Scan and upload your recent passport photograph (Not more than 30Kb) and submit your relevant data.
4. Print out your exam venue slip which you will bring to the exam center. 

 OPTION B : ONLINE PIN GENERATION APPLICATION METHOD

1. Visit the school website www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng
2. Click Apply for Online PIN without coming to the school
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to generate Remita RRR Pin
4. Print/write down the code
5. Go to any bank and pay using the RRR pin or pay online via ATM Card, etc
6. Please note that this process attracts additional Payment/Logistic charges of N550:00 only
7. After payment, login to the website www.sonadeksuth.edu.ng with the 32-digits PIN
8. Scan and upload your recent passport photograph (Not more than 30Kb) and submit your relevant data.
9. Print-out your exam venue slip which you will bring to the exam center.

CLOSING DATE - 30th August, 2019 by 02:00pm. DATE OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION - Saturday 31st August, 2019 by 11:00am prompt.
 EXAM VENUE - At centers as designated on Exam notification slips

1. DO NOT PAY INTO ANY INDIVIDUAL/ AGENT/ PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT. 

2. SCRATCH CARDS/32-DIGIT PIN OBTAINED WILL BE USED TO CHECK RESULTS 

3. LOSS OF SCRATCH CARD/PIN WILL ATTRACT REPLACEMENT FEE
