Founder and Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to reject the assault claim recorded against him by Busola Dakolo. The COZA organizer who requested rejection of the claim on grounds of inadequacy and pointlessness, likewise requested to be granted N50m as harms. Minister Fatoyinbo documented the complaint seen under the steady gaze of the Federal High Court, two weeks after Busola through her legal advisor Pelumi Olajengbesi, moved toward same court, requesting for a plainly worded conciliatory sentiment on the first page of at any rate two national newspapers and two national TV channels for seven days running continuously.
