FIRS Debunks Rumors That It Gave Osinbajo N94bn for 2019 Presidential Election

While reports of the allegation leveled by comrade Timi Frank, that the Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo received N94bn from the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) to work for the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari has continued to spread like wildfire on social media.

The agency in question has openly debunked the allegation. It claimed that it did not give the alleged N94bn to Osinbajo.

It was alleged that the misappropriation of the money meant for Buhari’s campaign which saw the southwest defeating the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by merely 60,000 votes may have angered the cabals in Buhari's government.

Many people have also claimed that the misappropriation of the funds was the reason for Osinbajo’s ordeal in the hands of the cabal in Ao rock.
The Federal Inland Revenue Service dissociated itself from the reports and urged the public to disregard them too.
