Reports were making the rounds about an alleged wedding plan between President Mhamadu Buhari and his minister for humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development.
The president's media aide Femi Adesina had dismissed the rumor but most people still believed the reports and tried to see what will transpire on the said date which is 11 October 2019.
There was an unprecedented population of worshipers at today's Friday Jumat in which reports claimed that Buhari will be joined to his new bride according to Islamic rites.
Those who came to witness a wedding ceremony were disappointed as the president along with his loyalists and aides prayed the Friday prayer and went back to the villa without any sign of a wedding.
