The NCAC boss who has been in charge of most notable festivals across Nigeria's such as the Calabar carnival which usually takes place towards the end of the year, made the claim while delivering a speech at an event made to celebrate Nigeria 20 years of unbroken democracy.
He urged the youths of Nigeria and everyone to return to their culture and promote them as a way of standing out in the comity of nations of the world.
While expressing hope that all is not lost for Nigeria, the DG emphasized that culture will help generate more employment for youths.
