SHOCKING: See The States Banned By NECO For Exam Malpractice

The National Examination Council (NECO) has banned some secondary schools in Nigeria for aiding examination malpractice in this year's June and July NECO exams.

The Acting Registrar of NECO Mr. Abubakar Gana announced in Abuja while briefing the Minister of Education Mall. Adamu Adamu. He explained that the entire states involved were banned from taking part in the exam for the next two years.

The states include Oyo, Katsina, and Kebbi state. It was observed that school administrators, teachers and supervisors colluded to cat in the examination in which over 40,000 cases of malpractices were recorded.

It is expected that the disciplinary measures will deter others from engaging in the practice of examination malpractice.
