#SexforMarks - BBC Journalists To Beam Searchlight On Lecturers in Kogi State

After series of scandals broke out with the release of a video report on the issue of sex for marks among lectures in University of Lagos, reports are making the rounds that Kogi State will be the next point of duty for the BBC investigative journalists who are poised to expose, if not rid Nigerian Universities of the scourge of sex for marks.

The documentary which captured with video evidence, lectures who have demanded sex from unsuspecting students and some times intimidated them with threats of failure if they fail to comply has caused a lot of controversies.

But the academics has not taken the findings lightly as some lectures affected were said to have been suspended. A renowned pastor who has a good knowledge of the Kogi State University World (Apst Dan) has also confirmed reports that the team of investigative journalists is set to storm Kogi State University.

It is expected that their research will expose many false and indecent lecturers and with the cooperation of the school management, rid the University of such lecturers.

It is also expected that the school which is reputed to have strict guidelines and disciplinary policies will provide the needed support if the team arrives just like their counterparts in Unilag did.
