The national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed confidence that his party's candidates in Kogi state will emerge the winner of the election come November 16.
Bola Tinubu who is also a presidential hopeful was at an event in Eo sate to celebrate the birthday of a member of the APC High chief David Edebiri. The event was also attended by the APC national chairman Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
Tinubu explained that Bello’s acclaimed woeful performance will not stop his victory at the November polls because criticisms and noises are part of democracy but cannot stop the party from winning because APC is a progressive party.
He is also confident that his party will also win in Bayelsa state where he claimed that the party is very popular.
Tinubu is said to be very interested in the elections in Nigeria because of his ambition to become president under the APC platform in 2023 when the tenure of incumbent president Buhari will be complete.
