The founder and Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace Mr Allen Onyema have been accused by the American government of laundering billions of dollars. He publicly denied the allegation claiming that all his transactions have been carried out following relevant rules and regulations.
After the issue began to make headlines, the Economic and Financial Crimes omission (EFCC) indicated that they will also open an inquiry into the Air Peace Boss for the alleged offense.
The case of the Air Peace boss is not one among many but a unique case because of what he has done for the Nigerian people.
Many Nigerians think highly of Mr Onyeama for volunteering to airlift stranded Nigerians from South Africa during the Xenophobia incident which led to the destruction of lives and properties.
