N-Power Volunteers Cry Out Over Non-payment of October Stipend

Most volunteers of the N-Power scheme have lost the enthusiasm that they had when they first enrolled in the scheme due to inefficiencies on the part of administrators of the scheme.

Some N-power volunteers are yet to get their monthly stipends for October and they are uncertain if they will be paid for the month of November.

Others complain of not getting paid for over a years and no prompt action has been taken on the matter.

It is expected that after the 2 years period, members of the scheme are expected to be received empowerment from the government in order to start up their own businesses.

Some are hopeful that the federal government will not release them into the dreaded labor market but absorb them into the civil service.

However, issues such as these are uncertain since the inefficiencies in the scheme are becoming alarming.
