Corruption Drops By 30% under Buhari Says National Bureau of Statistics

Nigerians have improved drastically in their morality according to recent statistics by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

Upon assumption of office as the President of Nigeria, Buhari launched an anticorruption war which was initially criticized as one-sided by the opposition.

He continued the war and investigated high profile cases of corruption. How such cases were investigated sparked outrage across the country with many fearing that the country had slid into dictatorship.

Buhari maintained his anti-corruption fight and gradually began to record f=some successes including the recovery of looted funds and forfeiture of properties acquired by illegal means to the federal government.

The recent drop in Bribery nationwide as released in the NBS statistics is a testimony to the successes recorded by President Buhari which will remain a reference point for future purposes.
