Did Naira Marley Say that Good Girls Don’t Exist?

Nigerian celebrity singer Naira Marley is back with another controversy. Only a few days ago, he decided to have an out of court settlement over a car theft allegation made against him.

More people are beginning to agree that Naira Marley may be the new Fela of Nigeria because of his realistic and brute approach to issues. Nobody knew what made the celebrity to post on his Instagram wall that good girls are bad girls that don't get caught.

To be a fan of Naira Marley has recently become synonymous with being licentious and immoral. Marlians are increasingly perceived as outlaws despite their high profile following.

Although being a bad girl is one thing that most Nigerian female celebrities delight in, it is not a very celebrated term in a highly conservative society like Nigeria.

That is why many people disagree with Naira Marley on his claim that good girls are bad girls that don’t get caught.
