REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Eligible candidates MUST possess WAEC/GCE/NECO O’Level , with minimum of Five (5) credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings. Candidates awaiting result can also apply.

• Collect Bank Name and Account Number/Code from the Account Department of Ministry of Health, Abeokuta
• Present the Bank Teller/Print out to the account department after payment, proceed to Room 104 for further processing.
• Proceed to On-line Registration: www.mohsonmportal.com for the completion of your registration and print out your Examination Photo Card.

• Candidates are advised to keep their Log in PIN as loss of PIN will attract payment of another fee for application form.
