PHARMACIST JOB - Factory Manager (Nigerian or Expatriate)

A reputable indigenous company engaged in the Manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and personal care products with its Head Office / factory in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Manager (Nigerian or Expatriate)
Location: Lagos State

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Production Pharmacist, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Quality Control Manager and Cosmetics Manager.
Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics and personal consumable production.
Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, understanding of mechanical equipment and chemical processes.
Identify and implement training/development programs for factory staff.
The Factory Manager must have good analytical mind and pay strong attention to details.
Implement strategy for the factory to be more strategically organized to in order to achieve set objectives.
Ability to implement all rules and policies to all factory workers.
Ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented.
He must be perfect with spreadsheet to analyze production data and generate reports to be presented to Management and other stakeholders.
Motivate workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
Analyze production data and create reports.
Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, promoting feedback and taking corrective actions as appropriate.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess a first Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any other related filed. A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
All applicants must be resident in Lagos and between 40-55 years of age, must have worked as a Factory Manager for a minimum period of 10-15 years in a fast moving consumer goods manufacturing Company.
