The Nigerian Minister of Education has disclosed that the federal government is thinking about reopening tertiary institutions specially for non-public institutions which can be geared up to imbibe preventive measures at some point of instructional sessions.
The Minister of schooling Emeka Nwajiuba but stated chances of opening public institutions are nonetheless uncertain and this is primarily based on some elements.
“We have reviewed responses from about 78 universities already, most of which might be personal universities who are insistent that they are geared up to move.
“From the kingdom-owned universities, we have a 50-50 reaction and we are working to upscale that and ensure that everybody is in reality ready to move.”
