Job Title: Area Sales Supervisor (ASSU)
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Oyo, Kano, Rivers states
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
Supervising the sales team to ensure the implementation of company's sales strategy through personal selling and group selling effort to institutions and private hospitals and to ensure the generation of demand for pharmaceutical products and brand acceptance. Ability to achieve regional sales target is critical.

Job Location and Base
Port-Harcourt - Covers South-South area.

Lagos - Covers Lagos area.

Abuja - Covers North-Central area.

Kano - Covers North-West area.

Ibadan - Covers South-West area.

Job Requirements / Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, Pharmacology, Physiology or Biochemistry.
Minimum of 2 years rich managerial experience as an Area Sales Manager in a structured & ethical pharmaceutical products marketing environment.
Ability to coach, lead, monitor and supervise sales team activities to ensure achievement of sales target in private and institutional business.
Ability to grow regional business through technical and relationship selling to healthcare professionals.
Exceptional presentation, influencing, motivating and analytical skills.
